As of early February 2005, about 145
families have closed escrow on their homesites at
Grizzly Ranch with a few more sales pending. Homesite
prices will be re-evaluated this spring as we look
forward to our first golf season.
NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The three Wolf Tree Cabins along the
9th fairway of the golf course are under construction.
The 2 and 3-bedroom Cabins will be available on an
invitation-only basis for overnight lodging by mid
summer. The Pro-Sports Shop and Lake House facilities
are underway to support the golf course grand opening
scheduled for mid July.
